Every Forma Rest includes a 7 day trial beginning on the day your order is delivered. Use this time to shape it, settle into it, and determine if it is the right fit for your body and playing style.
Returns

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
- A $30 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned items must be in good condition.
