This version has a fixed pivot point. Some players may prefer less movement once they have found their perfect set up. The weight with the feet is 100 grams. We offer three different foot options. The silicon nonslip foot features a suction cup which provides the most grip to the violin (without hurting the finish). The Black and Tan foot options are similar in grip performance.
The Forma-Rest comes preformed as shown in the photos. Neoprene is used for its durability and comfort.
Threaded holes are provided for the foot placement to accommodate 3/4 size to oversize Maggini model violins. Foot placement can be used to shift the violin into slightly different positions as desired.
